Profile XT

This assessment tool measures the total person including:

  1. Thinking style determined by a combination of verbal ability, verbal reasoning, numeric ability & numeric reasoning questions.
  2. Behavioural traits cover 9 different behaviors that people exhibit.
  3. Occupational interests shows you the three top interests that that the candidate has the combination of the information gives a profile of the individual that is compared to a job profile to determine the closeness of the match.  The closer the match the more positive and productive an employee will be.

Seven reports can be generated from one assessment.  These are:

The CheckPoint 360 Degree Competency Feedback System

The CheckPoint 360 Degree competency Feedback System gives managers information for becoming more effective.  “Full-circle feedback” helps them improve job performance and grow in eighteen essential aspects of management.

This assessment tool is designed as an ongoing process to be used at key intervals to monitor progress and performance.  It measures communication, leadership, relationships, adaptability, task management, production, development of others, and personal development.

An additional report can be generated for the Manager or Owner that compiles all Checkpoints completed, (up to 200!), in a single report identifying overall patterns and areas of strength and development. 

The CheckPoint SkillBuilder Series

The CheckPoint Skill Builder Series provides action follow-up to the CheckPoint feedback system.  They consist of Tips and Action Steps for improving managerial performance.  This series is an organized, self-paced, self-study professional development made of up of thoroughly researched material that helps managers improve their performance. This easy to use development program is conveniently available on the Internet.
