Profile XT
The ProfileXT® is a multi‐purpose, “Total Person” assessment that used for selection, development, training, promotion, managing, and succession planning. This assessment measures how well an individual fits specific jobs in your organization. The ProfileXT® is also customizable, and peak job performance models can be developed by company, position, manager or geography.
This
assessment tool measures the total person including:
- Thinking style determined by
a combination of verbal ability, verbal reasoning, numeric ability &
numeric reasoning questions.
- Behavioural traits cover 9
different behaviors that people exhibit.
- Occupational interests shows
you the three top interests that that the candidate has the combination of
the information gives a profile of the individual that is compared to a
job profile to determine the closeness of the match. The closer the match the more positive
and productive an employee will be.
Step One Survey (SOS II) Employee Survey
This
measures the attitude towards integrity, reliability and work ethic. This is designed for anyone coming into your
organization to assist in confirming or dispelling some the “gut” feelings you
might have.

Performance Indicator
Profiles Performance Indicator™ is a DISC Personality Style assessment. The information this test provides can be used to make every employee more valuable and productive. The reports help you understand how an individual can be understood, motivated and managed, which improves job performance. The Profiles Performance Indicator also provides recommendations for improving employee performance such as how to respond to job-related stress, frustration and conflict, how to stimulate employee motivation, and whether the employee is internally motivated or will need external stimulation.
Team Reports can be easily produced showing team strengths and areas of development. Additionally, this report can help a team be more effective and cohesive.

This
assessment tool is designed as an ongoing process to be used at key intervals
to monitor progress and performance. It
measures communication, leadership, relationships, adaptability, task
management, production, development of others, and personal development.
Workplace Engagement Survey
Our Workplace Engagement Survey™ measures the degree to which your employees connect with their work and feel committed to the organization and its goals. This gives you and your management team a detailed view of what influences engagement and how your employees compare statistically to the overall working population. In addition, it measures "satisfaction with employment" and "satisfaction with management" across your entire organization, and gives specific recommendations for your organization to improve.

Profiles Sales Assessment
