Kelly is one of the co-founders of Keldar Leadership Solutions Inc. She manages the office staff, office administration and provides support for Profile Assessments.

Kelly’s experience as a critical care nurse for 15 years and a clinical instructor lends itself to people service, commitment to her work and her organizational skills.

In her spare time, Kelly volunteers at her children’s schools, and their several activities. She enjoys running and has completed four marathons and many ½ marathons.
