Specialization: Frederick specializes in designing and facilitating customized training programs and in coaching individuals and teams to achieve better results. He is particularly adept in business communication, leadership and critical thinking.

Frederick spent 13 years as a High School teacher and more than 10 years as a consultant for Alberta Education. He has led workshops for teachers across Alberta on effective learning strategies and assessments. Frederick’s experiences include leading teams in curriculum delivery, instructional planning and provincial assessment. He is passionate about public speaking, and started presenting to a variety of audiences early in his life. A career in communication is where he began and he has occupied many journalistic functions in radio and print media.

Frederick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in communication, a Bachelor of Education degree, and a certificate in Adult Education. Frederick has always adopted the mentality of life-long learning and has taken courses in leadership, instructional design and strategic planning.

Born in New-Brunswick to a French family, he loves to return to his home province to visit and spend time in nature. Frederick has been involved extensively in the community. He is the recipient of the Medal for Academic Excellence and Outstanding Community Achievements, awarded by the Association of Professors from New-Brunswick universities.
