Pauline Perreault started collaborating with Keldar Leadership in the fall of 2008, shortly after launching her own business Jump Outta Bed Workplace Strategies. Together, they have delivered high energy workshops for Keldar Leadership’s signature Team Building and Leadership series. In addition, they have teamed up to assist organizations in team development events and to create customized staff selection processes. Their combined experienced is easily relatable to the multi-generational workforce.

Her background includes roles in the banking industry in branch operations and in-house consulting roles in human resources and market research for large Albertan companies. She has leveraged her interests in both the human resource and marketing disciplines to serve her clients in understanding and achieving maximum results from their staff and workplace.

Pauline is a native Edmontonian; however, she has lived in 3 Canadian provinces and spent two years living and studying in Germany. She is an active supporter of community events and devotes much of her volunteer time to the Rotary Club of Edmonton South and the District Youth Exchange program.
